As of the start of the 2025, my professional commitments are to the R&D team at Hushållningssällskapet Skåne. This is a return to the future for me: I was with the field trials team at HS Skåne at the end of 2017.
The English translation of “Hushållningssällskapet” is “Rural Economy and Agriculture Societies”. It’s an old organisation: approaching 250 years. The life of rural communities and households is still central to the organisation, even if rural communities and households are no long central to the economy.
